End-to-End Recruitment
Handling the full recruitment cycle:
Understanding job requirements from hiring managers of the Clients
Posting jobs on portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and Indeed
Sourcing candidates – using our own job portal, references
Screening resumes based on skills
Shortlisting Candidates & to send them to clients
Arrange initial interviews of shortlisted candidates by clients
Co-ordinate with Clients for new Job Openings
Good communication & negotiation
Basic HR knowledge
