Job Description

Good knowledge of sourcing
Assistant HR Manager to organize interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
To Assist the HR Managers in coordinating new hire orientations.
End-to-end ownership and governance of the recruitment process.
Maintaining resume database, candidate feedback and other important information on all candidates shortlisted and interviewed through Taleo
Conducting Recruitment Drives, Walk-ins and Personal Interviews.
Well-versed in using Job boards, social media, and Linked In for candidate sourcing
Screening candidates and creating a qualified shortlist.
Adopting tools to enable interview scheduling and collation of interview feedback.
Payroll process and Compliance Expreince.
