Job Description

We are a leading manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging solutions catering to reputed FMCG companies.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional to manage plant HR operations,
manpower planning, employee engagement, and statutory compliance at our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

Manpower Planning & Recruitment
Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and office staff.
Coordinate with departmental heads for manpower requirements.
Manage onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies for production and support functions.

Employee Relations & Plant HR
Maintain healthy employee relations across the plant.
Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Conduct regular shop-floor visits and interact with employees to understand concerns.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Attendance & Payroll Support
Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely submission of attendance data.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and factory regulations.
Coordinate and maintain records related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, and other statutory
requirements.
Support audits and inspections from government authorities.
Maintain compliance registers and documentation.

HR Operations
Maintain employee database and personnel files.
Handle confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
Generate HR reports and MIS as required by management.
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Plant HR.
Prior experience in the rigid plastic packaging, plastics, FMCG, packaging, or allied manufacturing
industry preferred.
Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, and factory HR practices.
Experience handling blue-collar workforce and shop-floor manpower.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
MBA (HR) completed or pursuing can apply if possessing relevant experience.
