Job Description

We are a leading exporter of plastic film gauging systems. We are looking for head sales responsible for Growth & P&L
Primary objective is leading the Sales & Marketing of our Thickness Measurement, Control & Defect Inspection Systems.
Deliver annual order intake, revenue, GM%, contribution, reports, etc.
Build segment/region marketing plans and sales strategies across our global operations.
Own pricing strategy; drive price realization and margin expansion.
Sales Leadership
Drive year-on-year revenue growth through new customer acquisition, account expansion, portfolio development, and business risk mitigation.
Lead international and domestic marketing and sales programs aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Manage key OEM and end customer accounts, negotiate long-term agreements, and strengthen strategic partners.
Develop and maintain global pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Implement global and regional sales strategies to increase revenue, market penetration, and market share.
Develop and coordinate with channel sales partners and regional agents to strengthen global sales and service capabilities.
Monitor collections and outstanding payments to maintain strong cash flow and minimize credit risk.
Set and track revenue targets across regions and individual team members.
Drive customer retention initiatives by understanding client challenges and enhancing service offerings.
Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to adapt market strategies proactively.
Enhance brand visibility through participation in conferences, exhibitions, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Lead development of marketing collateral including booth designs, brochures, case studies, reference reports, and other communication materials.
Design and implement standardized SOPs to streamline sales processes
