Job Description

Product Quality Management
Establish and implement QA frameworks, testing methodologies, and inspection systems for RM, in-process, and finished goods.
Define quality norms, ensure workflow optimization, and train teams on quality standards.
Minimize production errors through effective planning and preventive actions.

Testing & SOP Management
Develop and maintain testing parameters, SOPs, and control metrics for consistent quality performance.
Ensure SOP adherence, periodic reviews, and continuous improvement.
Investigate root causes of defects and drive corrective/preventive actions.

Cost & Waste Control
Analyze production and testing processes to identify and reduce wastage.
Conduct cost of poor quality (COPQ) studies and initiate cost-control projects with cross-functional teams.

Customer Complaints & CAPA
Lead the handling of customer and internal non-conformances.
Ensure timely closure of CAPA actions and preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Certifications, Compliance & Audits
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, BRC, and other regulatory standards.
Act as Management Representative (MR) for Quality Systems.
Lead internal/external audits, ensure readiness, and oversee CAPA for audit findings.


Process Improvement & Innovation
Identify, prioritize, and lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen, 5S, and Kanban initiatives.
Drive innovation in testing technologies and quality enhancement methods.

Quality Assurance & Control
Oversee QA/QC activities to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction.
Conduct defect analysis, initiate preventive actions, and reduce rework/rejection costs.
