Job profile-
Responsible for PPAP documents submission to customer.
To formulate, implement and maintain new S.O.Ps for all processes in align with continual improvement for enhancing Customer satisfaction and reducing variation and wastage throughout the supply chain.
To monitor the effectiveness of Quality systems IATF, ISO 9001:2008 & EMS ISO14001:2004 implementation through out the organization by conducting internal audit, Process & Product audits & grasp the chances for possibility of Cost reduction, Quality & Productivity improvements.
Discuss with each process owner for non- conformity raised during audit determine Corrective actions are taken on time and report to Top management for all audit findings and performance of Business processes during Management review.
Responsible for carrying out inter plant audits to check the effective implementation of the Quality & Environmental management systems there.
To conduct Management Review meetings as per decided frequency, prepare & circulate Minutes of meeting as discussed in MRM and follow up for all decided actions with all departments.
Daily Red Bin analysis for internal rejections. Monitoring of decided corrective action to minimize it.
To handle all Customer complaints & initiate quick containment action, feedback, analysis of problems by using effective problem solving tools & techniques and submit CAPA as per customer specified format, Tracking and monitoring of Implementation & effectiveness of counter measure.
Submit the Action plan for QAV by Customer with the discussion of all concern department HODS, as per customer specified format.
To give in house training to all shop floor persons on their on job activities, IATF, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, problem solving tools & techniques like 7 QC tools, KAIZEN & 5S etc.
Participate in all types of Project like Quality circle / Supplier Improvement / System Improvement / Supplier Upgrade / Reduce Rejection by using effective problem solving tools & techniques etc.
