Job Description :
Develop and execute procurement strategies for Opex categories
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring optimal pricing, service levels, and compliance with company policies
Mentor and lead a high-performing Opex procurement team
Deep understanding of Opex categories and market dynamics
Monitor and report key KPIs (e.g., cost savings, supplier performance, contract compliance)
Experience with procurement ERP systems (SAP) and sourcing tools
Ensure compliance with all internal controls, governance, and regulatory requirements Candidates with experience in rigid plastic packaging manufacturing will be highly preferred
Excellent knowledge of PP, HDPE, LDPE, PET and other polymers.
Experience in procurement of masterbatches, additives, cartons, labels, polybags and packaging materials.
Strong vendor development and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of domestic and import procurement.
Strong focus on cost reduction, quality, delivery and supplier performance.
Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
