Job Description

Candidate only form Woven Sack Industry

Production Planning and Execution:
Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resources while ensuring on-time delivery.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and other relevant departments to align production requirements and maintain an efficient production flow.
Monitor production progress, identify and take corrective actions to ensure timely completion of orders.

Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and motivate a team of production technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional development and efficient performance.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to the production team members, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to quality and productivity standards.
Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the production department.
