Formed the Indian entity of S & S Industries Inc. as per the Indian company laws from scratch.
Steered the successful set up of a Greenfield manufacturing facility within 6 months as per time & budgeted parameters. As part of the initiative collaborated with a multinational team to design the facility, invite bids, negotiate with all bidders, finalize contracts and coordinate site activities in a seamless manner.
Instrumental in successful installation and commissioning of each equipment and system.
