Managerial,Operation, NPD & Administrative:
Foreseeing the growth of bottled mineral water in India owing to vast urbanization; and the rise in the number of nuclear
families and travelers, I took the administrative decision to begin manufacturing PET preforms via installing the
Husky PET Moldling System (worlds most renowned in this sector) in 2011.We mainly targeted packaged, still-water,
Soft Drinks manufacturers in India
Impact:
Rapidly developed local, regional & national clientele owing to the flawless preform quality and affordable prices
Introduced preforms suitable to carbonated soft drinks application with preform size 28mm PCO 1881 type catering from 150ml till 2000ml bottle capacity
Achieved production capacity to produce approximately 6000 kg preforms per day
Installed 2nd Husky System in 2013 with a higher version of 48 cavitation
Overall, with 2 Husky Systems & a Milacron, we were producing approximately a million preforms a day (15000 kgs /day)
Supervised and managed recruitments of Production cum Maintenance Engineers, Quality Personnel, Dispatch &
Housekeeping staff, and Production workers
Lead production planning in line with consumer and seasonal requirements.

Development:
Independently set up and handled complete polymer processing manufacturing plant.
Developed in house systems for smooth functioning and quality inspection, right from raw material till dispatch of finished goods(SCM) by implementing ISO 9001-2015, Six Sigma, Quality Assurance Plan (QA) & KPI in the company.
Developed preventive maintenance mechanisms(PMM) for all machinery installed in the plant, including utilities like cooling tower, air compressor, water pumps, RO plant, and overhead cranes.

Energy Conservation, Innovation & Cost-Cutting:
Installed only All-Electric versions of Husky Systems to give less carbon footprint
Built new and cost-effective New Products( NPD) Molds to manufacture low weight preforms
Impact:
Achieved uniform blow-ability and even distribution thus imparting even strength in blown bottles
Low weight preforms consumed less heat and brought down the running costs of blowing bottles.
Installed On-Grid solar rooftop plant of 150KW in 2016 with an invertor from Germany and solar panels from
Canada to generate electricity for our 24x7 running high tension plant
Developed in house OEM for the cost-effective spares for our Husky Systems, thereby reducing operating and maintenance costs by 40-60%
Developed systems to reduce power consumption by 25-30%
Gradually increased companys turn over by almost 25-30% starting from year 2011 onwards.
