quality, cost (predictable product flow), safety and Goods Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Principal Accountabilities
1. Molding Operations
Compliance with the targeted production compliance for Molding to ensure smooth
production +and material flow.
Ensure compliance of quality objective of Molding function.
Using the modern techniques available for trouble shooting, to ensure that the quality
levels. Ensure there is Zero Non-Conformity Products (NCP)
To look after the day-to-day Molding operation, maintenance and compliance's to
various audits for Molding area
To understand the safety requirements and ensure maintenance and sustain of
electrical fitments and safety fitments as per the laid down norms and operational
guidelines.
Actively participate in implementing the validation initiatives and ensure predictable
product flow for molding process.
Responsibility for the upkeep of machines and its breakdown/ preventive maintenance.

Providing Engineering support to operation by implementing engineering modification
improvement projects arising out of business requirement / Continuous Improvement.
Should lead independently capacity expansion & cost saving projects in, execution and
developing more capabilities in the manufacturing team, especially in molding area.
Manufacturing
Ensuring execution of the production plan in terms of quantity, quality, cost, safety and
Goods manufacturing practices whenever required in the shift.
