Job Description

In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proven experience (typically 15+ years) in finance and accounting roles, including managerial or leadership positions.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Track record of successfully managing financial operations, overseeing audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Experience in strategic financial management, risk assessment, and capital allocation.
A strategic mindset with the ability to align financial strategies with overall business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
Experience in corporate finance, fundraising, Credit rating, DGFT, IT, GST matters, Project financing.
Compliance-oriented mindset with a focus on risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Ethical standards and integrity in financial management, including transparency, accountability, and adherence to ethical principles and corporate governance standards.
Sound decision-making abilities with a focus on optimizing financial performance, mitigating risks, and maximizing return on investment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders advocates, Government bodies, Consultants, Accounting firms, present financial reports, and collaborate cross-functionally.
