Job Title: Finance Controller

Job Overview - A senior management role who will oversee all functions of an organization’s finance and accounting department. The person would be wholly responsible for managing all finance and accounting operations. Over and above the person would be responsible for expense control, budgeting, cost accounting and controlling, MIS, finance strategy, taxation, audit management, maintaining P&L and balance sheet and working capital management

Responsibilities and Duties -
Preparation of Budgets & Rolling Forecast for Plants & Cash flow planning (Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly)
Timely preparation of a flexed budget at the start of every month as per schedules and govern the same in all plants.
Performing variance analysis and identifying business reasons for deviations from plans
Inventory control and debtors/collection management for optimizing cash flows.
Conduct strict Internal stock taking and perform quarterly stock audits for all plants.
Timely preparation and presentation of finance MIS to the management Receivable Management - Monthly review with sales & marketing to improve debtors turnover ratio (Verify and fix Debtors No. of days and Creditors No. of days) Payable Management- Monthly review of outstanding dues and plan to pay on time
Ensure implementation of ERP (Finsys) and smooth operation of the same across all pants
Follow-up for duty draw back and MEIS license and periodical reconciliation
Ensuring cost audit every year for all 4 group companies ? Ensure proper costing for all manufacturing units with budget and coordinate price increase/decrease with plant heads & marketing team in an accurate manner
Management of all online payments – Vendor, Salary, Statutory dues, internal transfer
of group and associate company
Quarterly TDS and GST Payable and Receivable reconciliation with revenue and expenses
CAPEX Accounting and control
Preparation of Annual Financial Statement / Balance Sheet for all 4 group companies to be ready within the agreed timelines for Audit
Coordination with Internal, Statutory and Tax Auditors with a view to highlight the
shortcomings, resolving their queries and implementation of recommendations.
Monitor the regulatory filing with ROC and coordination with Company Secretary.
