Job Description

We Are Seeking Experienced And Result-driven Export Professionals To Expand Our International Business Operations Across African Countries And Other Agriculture-focused Global Markets. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Expertise In Export Sales, International Business Development, Distributor Management, And Market Expansion Within The Agricultural And Irrigation Sector.

Key Responsibilities
Develop And Execute Export Sales Strategies To Achieve Business Growth Targets.
Identify And Develop New Business Opportunities In African Countries And Other Agriculture-focused International Markets.
Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Distributors, Dealers, Importers, And Key Customers.
Manage The Complete Export Sales Cycle From Lead Generation To Order Execution.
Conduct Market Research And Competitor Analysis To Identify Emerging Opportunities.
Participate In International Trade Fairs, Exhibitions, And Business Development Activities.
Coordinate With Production, Logistics, Documentation, And Finance Teams To Ensure Smooth Order Fulfillment.
Handle Export Documentation, Shipment Coordination, And Compliance With International Trade Regulations.
Prepare Sales Forecasts, Reports, And Market Development Plans.
Achieve Monthly, Quarterly, And Annual Export Sales Targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3–5 Years Of Experience In Export Sales Or International Business Development.
Mandatory Experience In Handling African Markets And Other Agriculture-driven Countries.
Strong Exposure To Agricultural Products, Irrigation Products, Or Allied Industries Is Preferred.
Experience In Exporting Products Such As Micro Irrigation Systems, Weed Mats, Mulch Mats, Tarpaulins, Pond Liners, And Water Carrying Pipes Will Be Highly Advantageous.
Must Have Worked With An Organization Having An Annual Turnover Of ?50 Crore Or Above.
Proven Track Record Of Generating Export Business And Managing International Customers.
Strong Knowledge Of Export Procedures, Documentation, Logistics, And International Trade Practices.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship Management Skills.
Willingness To Travel Internationally As Required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates Currently Working Or Previously Employed In The Micro Irrigation, Agricultural Inputs, Water Management Solutions, Tarpaulins, Pond Liners, Weed Mats, Mulch Mats & Water Carrying Pipe Industry Will Be Given Strong Preference.
Prior Experience In Exporting And Marketing Products Such As Drip Irrigation Systems, Sprinkler Irrigation Systems, Weed Mats, Mulch Mats, Tarpaulins, Pond Liners, And Water Carrying Pipes Is Highly Desirable.
Established Relationships With Distributors, Importers, Dealers, And Institutional Buyers In African And Other Agriculture-focused Markets Will Be An Added Advantage.
Candidates With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing Export Business In The Same Or Related Industry Segments Will Be Preferred.
