Projects Done (Academic)
Thesis Title:-Mechanical Properties of Aluminum LM6 Reinforced by Silicon Carbide and Titanium di-oxide
Description:- Aluminum as Matrix and Mechanical Properties Improved by Power plant Coal waste fly-ash, which contains rich carbon and low density by adding Silicon carbide. Metal Matrix Composites were prepared by Stir-Casting Technique. Mechanical properties and Physical Properties were improved as results for air-craft applications.

Thesis Title:-Mechanical Behaviour of Kevlar-49/Epoxy Fibre Reinforced Composites at Cryogenic Temperature
Description:- Development of the Polymer Composites with Kevlar-49 & S-Glass fibres and as a sustainable alternative material for engineering applications, particularly in aerospace applications were investigated. Kevlar-49 & S-Glass fibres were used due to High modulus properties. In this Project, mechanical properties such as Tensile, Flexural, Impact, Fracture toughness properties are evaluated. Comparison of mechanical behaviour of Kevlar-49/Epoxy & S-Glass/Epoxy has been done and best composite chosen for torque tube fabrication.

Projects Done (Industrial)
I had worked in the following industrial projects
New product development for Polylactic acid (PLA) formulation for user-based applications. Improving the manufacturing ability through several trails and properties analysis.
Sort out the issues raised in processing and make standard for each user applications.
Polymer alloy of PLA and PBAT to make compostable bio-polymer as processable one.
