Company Profile: Manufacture Bi-axially Oriented Polypropylene Films (BOPP), Thermal Lamination and food grade Metalized film, Pvdc coating 
Job Profile:
Operating Galileo vacuum system metallizer machine.
To set the line for BOPP, PVDC, CPP, POLYESTER film metallizer.
Metallise film width 850mm to 1650mm.
To set line for 8, 9, 10, 15, 18, 22, 38, and 51 micron.
To carryout in process inspection of film per the guidelines & quality norms
To spot out the problem areas and inform Line Manager with suggestions. Generate the shift documents. i.e. Daily reports, Monthly reports – Shift efficiency, Machine efficiency, Control charts
To implement systems and measures to bring out higher machine efficiencies and reduction in wastage on a continuous basis.
Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve pre set production targets.
Inspection/ tests for checking performance capacity of various machines and equipments.
Responsible all production related activity & complete line plan in given time.
Set all process parameter for various product.

Other Activity in plant:
Keep observation on slitter m/c (Atlas, SRC, Kolhi, and Titan). & take response from slitter person about line jumbo production as a customer.
Watch on order roll packing & quality of packing material. Help to maintenance person to Work on preventive maintenance of line.
To help attend major maintenance & electrical breakdown on line with maintenance & electrical person.
To check all type of data entry in SAP.
Metallizer and slitting production & rejection.
Share to quality department to solve customer complain.
Check oil level, air pressure, chiller process, temp etc daily activity.
