To Produce Water Based Emulsion latex for construction, paper and textile purposes through SCADA/PLC system (Siemens Automation).

Plant:-
Carboxylated Styrene Butadiene Rubber (XSBR) (Capacity-500 Mt/month).
Carboxylated Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) (Capacity-200 Mt/month).

Operations And Process:- 
Semi continuous and Batch Process of Petrochemicals, Water Based Emulsion Polymerization, Vacuum Distillation, Stripping Operation, Filtration.
Handling of Waste Styrene Recovery System, GL Reactors, Heat exchangers (Shell & Tube, Double Pipe), Water-ring vacuum pumps, rotary Azo filter, Steam Generators, and Centrifugal & Reciprocating Pumps.

Chemicals Handled:-

Day to day checking Production activities.

Performing production operation in accordance with SOP’s, manuals, guidelines, checklists, plan, and schedule.
Ensuring that all the production activities are carried out as per safety guidelines, complying with safety, health and environment norms.
