To match customer specific /Company standard colors in the Color Lab.
To Coordinate with Central Color Laboratory for color matching software installation / updating / maintenance & color development issues.
To source new local pigments & co-ordinate with Central Lab for evaluation & approval.
Develop and optimize materials for Pune, which include polymers (PP, PE, PA6, PBT, PVC, ABS, PMMA etc.), primers, adhesives, inks, pigments, lacquers, master batches, stabilizers, impact modifiers, lubricants, processing aids and any other additives used in the formulations.
To check color availability in the existing color range when a new color match request approaches to Color Lab for color matching.
To create & maintain color matching history files & samples for future references.
Prepare, preserve, control and issue Unit & base color master samples to the concerned.
Coordinate with CHEM AA in create / recommend suitable formulation for new product developments.
Raw materials specification and sourcing / selection together with Purchasing.
