Candidate Requirements
4–8 Years Working Hands-on With Erp Systems In A Manufacturing Setup, Including At Least One Full Implementation You Helped Drive (Not Just Used).
Real Comfort With Manufacturing Workflows; Plastics/packaging Experience Is A Strong Plus.
Enough Grasp Of Finance And Accounts (Purchase-to-pay, Order-to-cash, Gst Basics, Month-end Reporting) To Configure And Sanity-check That Module Yourself.
Enough Grasp Of Hr Processes (Attendance, Payroll Inputs, Recruitment, Employee Records) To Do The Same For Hr.
Strong Excel/sheets Skills; Apps Script Or Sql Is A Bonus.
The People Skills To Talk Equally Comfortably To A Shop-floor Supervisor, A Ca, And The Md, And The Persistence To Chase A Vendor Until Things Get Fixed.
