Working as an Engineer – In process Quality and Customer Quality Assurance in this Injection Molding process are the main process involves to produced automotive Plastic Components Assay & Interior & Exterior Parts
Overall team leading and co-ordination for Customer, In-house and Supplier Quality & OQC & PDI
Coordinating with MR in IATF Audit and Conducting Internal Audit, Process Audit & Product Audit and Closure Audit NC points.
Responsible for making, ISIR, AOI, PSW, PPAP and CSR Documents and submitted to customers.
System implement and document maintained for IATF 16949-2016.
Conducting Morning Meeting and Red bin analysis on daily basis in Shop Floor, discuss with Major Qc Issues with all HODs.
Responsible for 4M change management and Take Retroactions, Containment actions for Control of Non-Conforming product
Handling customer complaints and reduce customer end concerns analyzing through 7QC tools, corrective and preventive actions using 8D Countermeasure report.
Conducting MSA study, SPC study for monitoring process in control and conducting poison cake test for inspectors
Every month rejection review, analysis and improve the parts quality level reduce PPM in Customer end and In-house.

Conducting QRQC meeting in shop floor, discuss QC issues with all HODs.
Fit & function Verification (Gauge Inspection Flush & Gap Verification)
Taking corrective and preventive action for solving the quality issues by applying 5 why analysis using 7QC tools.
Problem Solving through 7 QC Tools, SPC, MSA, Kaizen, Poke-Yoke, etc.
