Set Up Time Reduction On Laminator
Brief detail: Leaded the above mention project. Set up time reduced by 21% by developing PPH templates for different variant of paper for Teflon band application on rubber roller and change some activities of team member by giving training to them.

Drooling Waste Reduction On Laminator
Brief Description: Reduced drooling waste of polymers during shut down and change over by make some changes in shut down procedure and keep extrusion off during change over when machine was in idle condition.

Set Up Paper Reduction
Brief Description: Reduced set up paper meters during change over by using pre scraped paper from printer and make set up roll for different paper width by using scraped paper of minimum 50 m length or above for changeover which was generally through in scrape yard.
