Job Profile:
Research & Development:
New product development of hoses & V belts for industrial & automotive application & hand over to production including feasibility study, receiving technical information, process familiarization & preparation of manufacturing control plan.
Develop compounds to specific projects and evaluating physical & chemical properties for the compliance of requirements.
Perform lab studies for various cost saving as well as development trials & provide reports with respect to quality standards.
Support manufacturing team for trouble shooting, process optimization, defining production conditions & investigation of quality issues.
Familiarity with wide range of technical elastomers like EPDM, CR, NBR, NBR - PVC, NR, SBR, IIR, CSM, FKM, VMQ.
Develop & maintain technical specifications, validation reports and other quality document.
