Responsible for complete Quality function planning, Evaluation, testing, implementation of Quality standards.
Taking preventive action and corrective action for the Quality problem at our customer end as well as in house to avoid quality related problems.
Documentation, Implementation of ISO /TS 16949:2009 Quality management systems.
Establish in-process / product inspection standards by studying manufacturing methods; devising testing methods and procedures.
Responsible for complete Quality function planning, Evaluation, testing, implementation of Quality standards.
Ensure the product quality meets customer requirements.
Checking in process, testing for Raw materials.
Preparation of process control plan and Quality plan as well as Sampling plan for all components.
Preparation PPAP documents for all the products to get the approval from customer.
Taking preventive action and corrective action for the Quality problem at our customer end as well as in house to avoid quality related problems.
Responsible for sample approval of new components as per specification.
Review Quality reports.
Daily check the in-house rejection, rework cost, customer complaint and supplier discuss with CFT and takes CAPA.

Ensure an inspection report on the material inspected is prepared.
Control rejection by timely identification of same and bringing in to notice and take corrective action to control the same.
