Knowledge of BIS IS Standard . IS 4984 :1995 , IS 14151 Pt -1 :1999 & IS14333: 1996, IS 6312 Documentation as per BIS Standards E.g. Daily Testing Reports, Daily Dimenational Reports, To prepare final testing report for BIS and Maintaining Daily QA MIS Report with their details causes, Daily rejection report. Production Report & parameter Log Sheet, etc.
Handled Hdpe pipe, and Durms testing methods E.g drop test, pnumetic test, closer leakage test. Internal Hydro Test , Compression Test, Density Test, Reversion Test, MFI Test, Carbon Black Distribution Test, Carbon Black Content Test, Migration Test etc.
