Job Profile: 
Follow-up and conformance of outgoing quality on finished products shipped to customers
Reviewing relevant Customer documents requirements, as and when received from any source and incorporating the requirements into relevant internal work instructions (i.e. Subcon Requirement Standards & Checklists) with due approval from Head (QA) and implementing the same
Provides the necessary back-up to the Head (QA) for the following activities
Quality issues report (Daily & Monthly),
Monthly Review Meeting (MRM) report (Monthly),
Quality Objectives
Lean Manufacturing (Monthly / Quarterly),
Yield Monitoring report on high volume packages / products
Reviewing and updating the relevant internal work instructions and any other quality system documentation
Coordinates the preparation of the Baseline Quality Plan and Procedures which guarantee compliance with ISO Standard. Initiates and ensure the effectiveness of corrective action taken against for any failure identified in the system (QA buy-off & Customer complaint)
To be reviewed Failure Mode Effective Analysis for the given customer complaint / internal issues (if required) and the results suitably updated in the FMEA / MRB (if required)
Updates internal database with all the information’s (CAR, PCN & Non-Conformity) and
Monitoring the finding closure of CAR & Non- Conformity.
Co-ordinate with relevant functions wherever necessary and prepare preliminary 8D report for complaint / feedback received from the customer. Same forward it to Head (QA) for final review before submitting to customer
Preparation of Self Audit Questionnaire received from Customer prior to customer audit / visit and sends it to Head (QA) for final review before submitting to customer
Plan and conduct follow-up audit periodically to validate the effectiveness of the corrective actions addressed in the SCAR & Customer audit findings
Plan and lead to conduct internal auditing on 5S, Environmental and ISO documentation
Identifying the applicable training needs for themselves & their personnel and coordinating with Training Cell for imparting such training

Roles & Responsiblities as Quality Engineer:
Periodically monitor the storage conditions of all production materials and work-in-progress products and ensure compliance to the specified requirements.
Monitor all the stages of production, inspection and testing and stop any operation which does not conform to the documented work instructions / specified requirements.
Carrying out the following activities, in co-ordination with other relevant functions wherever necessary, for the following:
To initiate appropriate corrective & preventive actions to prevent the occurrence / recurrence of product nonconformity and verify the effectives of the implemented solutions.
Certify the product quality at various stages of production, inspection, testing, and packing and until store credit through the various specified in-process quality control measures.
Co-ordinate with relevant functions wherever necessary for product / process / equipment qualification / approval.
Inadvertent use of non-conforming products and appropriately dispose the same (through the Material Review Board) from all the stages of production, inspection and testing.
Responsible in maintaining/developing the product quality, quality & Process audit.
Manage and monitor the quality of all finished products to maintain the company’s high standard and meet the market requirements.
Responsible for reviewing the batch records and necessary data. Carryout  all Reliability activities based on customer requirements .(Scanning Acoustic Microscope, etc).

Achievements:
Involved in part of a yield improvement team to achieve targeted yield of 99/99.25% for
Leadless packages against from overall assembly yield of 97% for all packages.
Identified the crater failure in one of our prime customer devices, after taken more de- capsulation & crater trails with combination of various acids using internal source.
