Job Profile :
Independently handling one shift activity of injection Moulding Shop and reporting to Senior Production Manager.
Submitting monthly, weekly reports to management on m/c utilization, production and rejection component wise of moulding shop.
Planning the shift activities to achieve the production targets and line requirement.
Achieving production targets and delivery as per given time.
Entirely responsible for setting an economical and stabilized process.
Analysis of rejection & rework and taking necessary corrective and preventive actions.
Guide lines to shift engineers.
Optimum utilization of manpower ensuring safety and cleanliness on the shop floor.
Setting the process and quality standards for the vendors (Vendor development)
Trial of new moulds & modified moulds and corrections for improving productivity & quality.
Implementation and follow up of ‘5 S’ & KANBAN activities

PLASTICS PROCESSING : Covering theoretical and practical aspects of Injection moulding, Extrusion, Blow moulding, Blown film extrusion, Compression moulding. And hands on experience of mould loading and process setting on machines like Windsor SP, Electronica EPM, Toshiba, Jet Master, Italtech, Cincinnati Milacron, Jinhwa etc.
ADDITIVES AND COMPOUNDING : Covering theoretical aspects of additives and masterbatches and their compounding with plastic materials.
