Accountable for managing and monitoring the Production Dept. team for ensuring the Automotive Exhaust Component meets the required specification.
Serving the Major 2 wheeler company Honda Motorcycles And Scooters India Pvt. Ltd.
Responsible for coordinating with the customer directly, dealing with all supporting departments, handling all Production related issues and providing technical support.
Responsible for Production of 11 types of components and timely delivery to the customers assembly line.
Standardizing the process flow so as to ensure no deviations in quality and quantity. Active role in Cost Reduction of the components so as to be more competitive.
Perform all functional tasks, including planning, control & trouble shooting, solving all production complications and generating daily MIS reports.
