To handle the whole shift and complete production as per plan.
Verify correct set-up of moulds, presses and auxiliary equipment before machine start up.
To confirm all the process are according to the system and thus to make sure that no bye passing at any stage of process.
To control all parameters of machine and products.
Conducting daily line rejection meeting for defective materials and making decision such as Rework, Salvage or Scrap.
Responsible and accountable for: achieving adequate production levels, maintaining the expected product quality, and keeping area clean and in order.
Familiar with all the department's inspection procedures and standards.
Responsible for the regular and periodic monitoring of product for acceptable quality to the most recent specification.
Observe all safety and environmental procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
