Job Profile and Responsibilities:
Planning: Through planning and arrange the molds, raw material, color changes, polybags, stickers and man power in Shift as per the Marketing requirements and inventory levels.
Process Monitoring: Company Maintained the FICT ie Filling time, Injection time, Cooling time and Total cycle time with the tolerance of F=+/- 1, I=+/-2, C= +/-3 and T=+/-3. This being followed by the Standard Process Data. Process parameters set as per these guidelines.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot the process in plastic injection molding like short fill, flow mark, Silver streaks, Flash, weld line etc.. Identifying the abnormalities and elimination of causes to maintain the smooth production.
Handling M/c’s: Having hand on experience in CLF 500, CLF 750, CLF 950, CLF 1000, and CLF 1420. FM 150, FM 250 and FM 775. JW 950 and JW 850 ( Multi injection molding m/c)
SAP (Production Module): Handled Capacity leveling, SAP Queries, Down time entries, Break Down Analysis report, OEE report and downloading through standard and customized reports. Upload of master data through LSMW(Legacy System Migration Workbench)
Target’s: Make the controls on Overall Equipment Efficiency (> 85%), Rejection Control (<2.5%), Mold Change Efficiency (<90 min’s), Color change rejection (<23 no’s), CPK (Process Capability Index) >1.3 and Sigma (>4.5).
ISO 9001, ISO 14001: Implementing and maintaining as per standard formats such as Approval Cpk report, Sigma monitoring sheet etc… and coordination for the internal and external audits.
Trial Executor: In a new mold takes a trial in three times then make the standard parameters and run the pilot run and test the samples before it going for normal production.
Raw material Used: Combination of PPHP + PPCP + FPTC, LDPE + HDPE. Having experience in Nylon 66 with glass filled, PP with glass filled, PP with mica, PA, ABS.
