Job Profile :-
Day to day planning of production activities like Production planning, schedules, Manpower allocation and work allocations for achieving daily, weekly & monthly production targets as per customer schedule & forecast.
To conduct a daily production review meeting with Shift in charge and take-give feedback and suggestions.
To Operation & Troubleshoot problems in Coperion, SteerTwin screw Extrusion process & K-tron feeders.
Successfully installed & Commissioning Steer ,Useon Machine .
To ensure that work instructions, Process parameters KOP are followed during the processing of each and every grade by Shift in charge and Operators.
To carry out Good Manufacturing Practices activities like Kaizen , 5S implementation, Document control, Auditing, Reviews, CAPA etc. in production area.
