Roles and responsibilities:
As a Team member in the Design and Development team, detailing the drawing from the Solid Edge 3D Model.
To make detailed drawings as per customer’s requirement. To convert drawings into 2D drawings using CAD software and also create Bill of material, process plan and control plan.
As a team member my responsibilities included Modeling in Solid Edge, carrying out development activities issuing for laser cutting/punching/bending and execution of proto type samples with quality reports for approval.

CAD modeling and development for HONEYWELL Enclosures (Solidedge, solidworks and autocad)
CAD modeling and development for Molex Panels (Solidedge and Autocad)
CAD modeling and development for Analyzer cover of GE Sensing (Solidedge and Autocad).

Project work
Diploma: “Tricycle for armless people”
Description: Our project is basically for physically disabled person who don’t have their arms. In our project mainly the handling mechanism is provided at the driver seat so the person can turn the cycle to the required direction by turning his seat.

Engineering: “Study of tribological behavior of coating of titanium oxide on Aluminium 6061”
Description: Aluminum is a softer material it wears out easily, so in our project we have selected AL6061 as a substrate material and coated it with titanium oxide powder which is harder material and having good wear resistance property to study the wear behavior we have conducted “PIN ON DISC WEAR TEST” and “SLURRY ERROSIVE WEAR TEST” under different test conditions.
