Learned basics of running production and trouble shooting of ENGEL (Austria) make injection moulding machines, which was producing IV syringes and IV tubes components.

Reliance Industries Ltd, Product Application & Research Centre 
PARC (product application and research center) is an arm of RIL, responsible for development of new polymer properties, enhancing properties of existing polymers and also developing new applications with primary focus to Indian market requirements. 
Carried out different kinds of testing on polymers and gained experience on understanding its mechanical properties, thermal properties, and rheological properties for wide range of polymers.
Understood importance and advantages of carrying tensile test, flexural test, impact test, HDT, VSP, ash content, DSC, TGA, FTIR, MFI, HSV, ESCR etc.
Operated majority of testing machines to collect necessary data for the research work of PARC.

Ferromatik Milacron India Pvt. Ltd
Performed testing of varieties of injection molding machines like Omega, Maxima and Magna T series and acquired knowledge to set the operating software in the machine, leveling of the machine, setting the processing parameters (as per contractual agreements) like injection pressure, screw RPM, back pressure, clamping tonnage, heating cycle etc. and to bring the machine in dry run stage after testing all these parameters.

Academic Projects:
Recycling of EPS waste in to a flexible film (Final year B-Tech plastics and polymer engineering)
This was an experimental and research project on recycling of EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) waste by using solvents such as Turpentine oil & other additives such plasticizers to form a Flexible Film. Experiment and testing carried out at college laboratory

Extracurricular activities:
Worked as a treasurer for (APPES) Association of Plastics and polymer Engineering Students at MIT- Aurangabad during year 2009-10.
Organized many workshops and seminars under this body named APPES to spread awareness about plastics that plastic is boon and not a bane

Future Goals
