Job Description

Direct responsible for Engineering/NPD/Tool Design
Manage RFQ, study technical feasibility, prepare commercials, and respond to the Customer Interact with Supplier for tool design, tool planning, trials, and solutions
To do Analysis and Propose Efficient and Effective Solutions
Utilization of know-how/lesson learned in a new tool
To ensure better part quality and higher productivity
MIS, Presentation, Budget & Resource Management
Mentoring and Continual Improvements
Improve Manufacturing and Tooling by adding value
Eliminate productivity loss on account of Tool Break down / Spare Management
Lead the NPD & Engineering team
Work in coordination with plant CFT team
Prepare tool DFM and participate in tool DFM discussion with customer 
Tool cost assessment
