Modification of 130 TPD machine into 170 TPD machine has been carried out during my tenure, which consists of following major works:
Erection and commissioning of Pressurised Head-Box for High Speed machine . 
Erection and commissioning of Dryer System, and Calendar & Pope Reel system.
Commissioning of New EOT Crane with Dual speed system also application of both starting process Starter as well as VFD.
Electric motors up to 437 kW, Siemens S120, G120, and Micro-Master AC Drive System up to 450 kW, SIMOCODE technology, DCS control system facilitated with SCADA monitoring system.
Paper Rewinder system of GLOBE 
Total load: 280 KW
DC Drives (SIEMENS 6RA70) based operation.
PLC & SCADA base controlling. 
Erection and commissioning of various other plants involved in pulp preparation process like:
Brown Stock Washer Plant (B.S.W.)
