Developing and Establishing Quality Plans for minimizing Rejections and enhancing Customer Satisfaction
To prepare and Involvement in Departmental Budget

To actively participate in concept, FMEA, design review, APQP, development review & quality/ environmental system review meetings.

Visiting to customer (CKM & YAMAHA ) in case of any problem for analyzing the cause of the problematic part along with the customer to arrive at an effective conclusion.
Problem solving approach using Common Tools (7QC Tools), SPC, Poke-Yoke, 3M’s etc.
Ensuring effective communication for the problem reported at customer end by displaying problem intimation sheet within 24 hrs, through shift-start meetings, Training & Counseling of the concerned associate.
SUPPLIER CONTROL & SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
Developing new Economic Vendors, their evaluation & assessment ,Controlling of Receiving Inspection, Conducting Testing of Raw Material & Child Parts, Vendor up-gradation by ensuring timely Quality Audits as per the schedule.
NEW MODEL DEVELOPMENT
Responsible for all MQS, Spec. testing at Japan Preparation & approval of Control Plans, FMEA, Inspection Standard’s etc for the new model development parts after ensuring everything to be as per the proposed drawing & specifications & get it approval from CKM, YAMAHA & MULTIMATIC.
OTHER DEPARTMENTAL ACTIVITIES
