Monitoring and ensuring that all the products have clearly defined specifications with careful & sophisticated quality control measures in compliance to the various international standards.
Responsible for maintaining safety standards in the shop floor as well as execution of Kaizen for product improvement and waste control.
Looking after CAPA for the internal and external customer non-conformity using 7 QC tools & 8D analysis.
Spearheading the overall activities pertaining to production, troubleshooting and inventory control management.
Planning and devising strategies for attaining the determined production target within the pre-set time period and quality parameters.
Carrying out proto trials on production including preparation of process flow, verification & validation of process controls as well as reporting the same to the Technical Department
Reviewing existing drawings and mark-ups as well as incorporating drawing changes, feasibility study & discussion with CFT team for the purpose of design change
Involved in development & implementations for new & easy process, cost reduction on machine and BOM verification
Preparing DPR & MDPR report as well as handling actions pertaining to production targets and control of rejections in the assembly line
