Job profile-
Study the component drawing & choose a reference for machining operation of a component.
Determine the stages of operation (Op10, Op20& etc…) for a given component.
Have a responsibility to find a sequence of operations for customer given component.
Creating fixture concept as per customer requirement and make DAP for design approval from customer end.
Specialized in designing Hydraulic, Pneumatic & Mechanical fixtures for VMC, HMC & 4 axis.
Specialized in designing fixtures for aluminum component for 4 axis (NCRT) VMC machines.
Have a responsibility to follow and get the given manufacturing parts from supplier end.
