Job Profile - Sales & Marketing of Flexible Packaging Films in my assigned territories of Europe (Spain, Portugal, Nordics and Benelux)
New Product Development (Specialty Sales) with the existing customers.
Working under a Spanish Regional head who sits in Spain and in India my reporting is directly to my teams Senior Vice President.
Individually handling production and dispatch planning for my team for an average of 100 containers per month.
Responsible for customers relationship management, understanding their application and advising them the best options, solving queries, complaints and always available for customers at their timings.
Comparison of past years purchasing trend of each customer and correlating with the current year and try to predict their requirements for each month. This helps me to knock at the right time while chasing for new orders.
Proper handling of complaints and ensuring the customers satisfaction on the end results.
Receiving of purchase orders and raising it in the ERP system in the form of Performa invoice and taking customers confirmation on the orders for final execution.
Coordinating and following-up strongly with all the departments ((Production, Quality, Packing, Logistics, and Accounts) to ensure all customers requirements are perfectly met.
