Materials Management:
Efficiently managing the inventory levels, for ensuring ready availability of material to meet production and dispatch targets.
Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation and monitoring the inventory of the various technology parts, raw materials/ consumables
Arranging MIS/ reports on purchases done & evaluating & controlling the costs.
Procurements:
Advance planning of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations & finalisation.
Generate purchase orders as and when inventory levels reach reorder levels or based requests.
Coordinate the team members for timely actions
Plan and implementation of green procurement activities.
Vendor Development:
Strengthening vendor source and developing alternate source of suppliers.
Evaluating & negotiating with vendors for price & various other terms & conditions.
Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as quality/ technology improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms etc.
Ensuring adherence to quality standards for all incoming materials
Co-ordinate activities of vendor up-gradation towards QMS and EMS
Logistic Management:
Coordinate logistic activities for incoming material
Optimise resource capacity utilization for better cost control
Participating system improvement like push logistic system change to pull
system from suppliers for inventory control
Import Material Planning and co ordination
Overseeing Import related planning overseas supplier coordination
Placing order & keeping track, ensuring timely arrival .
Production Planning and Control
Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control & troubleshooting.
Adapting process improvement measures to maximise capacity utilisation.
Setting up production targets and achieving the planned production targets.
Team Management
Organise the team for achieving management goals and objectives and keep reviewing the process
Lead, train and motivate teams ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company
Appraising team performance from time to time and recommending performance improvisations

Inplace system for local and imported material planning with the help of system department .
Develop long term road map and activity plan for EMS activity which are being implemented.
Initiated taken for massive cost reduction of 42-50% in imported electronic parts, collected cost data from various sources, summarised and prepared long term strategy, finally we could achieve 25-30%
Plan and implementing green procurement activities of inhancing recyclable packing and saving natural resource which, also has given benefits like cost saving and inventory reduction.
Working on developing milk run system (push to pull logistic system) for incoming parts receiving in order to achieving inventory reduction (JUST IN TIME)
Huge Cost saving through developing various technology’s parts, special purpose automated/semi automated Tools, Machines/Plants , optimising vehicle/container filling ratio .
