Analysis of Injection molded part designs utilizing Mold flow Simulation Evaluate vendors design releases and provide valuable feedback and recommendations for changes, enhancements and improvements for better part quality.
Conduct Mold flow simulation to determine the material , cosmetic, structure and cost in the product conceptual design stage & Interpret analytical data pertaining to Mold flow results and communicate both internally and externally findings and recommendations to influence tool and part design/parameters.
To perform Fill + Pack + Warp analysis and give best possible solution for Injection Molding process also provide solutions of wall thickness, ribs and gate locations etc. by Mold flow analysis & extract water lines from Mold designs to do Cooling & Shrink Analysis.
Troubleshooting for Molding defects like War-page (Deflection), Weld lines, High shrinkage ,Air trap, Short shot, etc. by using Mold flow analysis and suggestion for possible Design Change, Process and Material alteration solution.
Prepare and present technical Mold flow result in a clear and concise manner through simulations, specifications, reports or oral presentations for tooling design & product development team to solve possible issue in tooling concept design stage.
