Job Description

The incumbent will be overall accountable to manage the P&L, Oversee Sales function
Annual Budgeting / monthly achievement of budgets
Sales quantity achievement while Ensuring overall Margin in product sold as per Budget
Timely procurement as per material sold to ensure pricing and availability
Must have a thorough knowledge of product & should be able to give the technical support
Ensure timely dispatch & order fulfillment
Timely Debtors Collection
Manage / Coordination for Business Operational issues with Plant
Should have excellent hold over key clients & thrive client delight
Market analysis & ensure timely growth strategies, possible growth opportunities

Industry Knowledge: Candidates should be from a strong Chemical / Polymer / Compounding experience.
Must have links in the Wire and cable Industry.
Technical knowledge about polymers is a must.
Should have managed P&L role for at least 8-10 years
Should be a go getter
