Job Description

Must have experience & knowledge in single/ multi layer machine
Must understand various material properties
Must have thorough polymer experience and knowledge of all grades used.
Must understand trouble shooting of machine and film product
Engineering degree preferred
Must have MS excel/word experience.
Excellent manpower handling
Must have great planning and organizing skills.
Must be able to do Production planning/material allocation planning/machine allocation planning/manpower planning
Must be able to calculate and increase efficiency
Must be able to reduce waste produced and improve efficiency on all - machines.
Must be have knowledge of Flexo printing and cutting machines
Must be able to fill out and keep all documents up to date.
Must be pro active
Must be able to think analytically.
Minimum 3 years experience
