Talent Acquisition and Manpower Planning:
Understanding and gathering the requirements and arranging to recruit new employees for the same in consultation with Department Heads
Reviewing the job description, understanding the requirements & accordingly executing the search plan.
Manpower planning & budgeting
Source candidates using multiple channels like job portal, social media, internal database, referral, consultant, campus recruitment etc.
Interviewing the potential candidates in order to assess the candidates fitment & coordinating with technical panels for technical evaluation and feedback.
Conducting Walk-in, Campus Drives and also hiring interns for different departments
Maintaining the given turnaround time (TAT)
Doing background verification and reference checks before candidate joining.
