We are a leading manufacturer of Film inspection, gauging and control systems. We are looking for a dynamic manager to generate new leads, convert them into prospects, coordinate and plan visits to their factory units and convert them into sales
Support the Reporting Manager in executing sales activities, planning follow-ups, and coordinating internal actions.
Prepare and maintain Excel-based sales reports, trackers, and dashboards (leads, pipeline, follow-up status, contracts, MOM actions).
Own lead management: allocate and track leads, ensure follow-ups, and maintain a clean pipeline in coordination with the sales team.
Follow up on contracts, quotations, and ongoing discussions; ensure documentation and approvals are tracked and closed on time.
Prepare minutes of meetings (MOM), circulate action items, and track closure with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams (service, application/engineering, operations, finance) to support customer requirements and timely responses.
Proven History of independently driving sales.
Good coordination and follow-up skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with timelines.
Good written and verbal communication (emails, MOM, negotiations, customer follow-ups).
Basic understanding of B2B sales process: leads, opportunities, quotations, contracts, closures.
Comfortable with field visits after training and interacting professionally with customers.
High attention to detail and ownership for data accuracy and documentation.
Good CRM and MS office experience.
