Responsible for Packaging Product Production & Operations.
Maintain the quality and quantity of the Printing / Packaging products like, Zipper & Zipper Diaphragm, Gravure Printing & Lamination, Extrusion coating, Roll slitting, Blown Film (IBC-3 Layer/OBC multi-layer Plant), Pouches (Stand-up & 3-D Pouch, Bottom Fold Pouch, Zip lock & Slider Pouch, Spout Pouch, 3side seal Pouch & Biodegradable Pouch).
Managing the Production Planning, production process, Inventory management & Manpower handling and Quality of output produced on every machine.
