Job profile-
Responsible for all store process of Material Issue and dispatches.
Supervise & handle Inventory Management & Accounting in Tally 9 ERP (Inventory reconciliation). Well conversed with Excel, Word & Internet etc.
Responsible and handle all logistics & the purchase department work.
Handle all Raw / Packing requirements in coordination with Plant Head for timely execution of vendor’s requirement.
Supervise all general and mechanical requirements of plant and manage to provide the
required items without any delay.
Maintain Stock as per Excise Record and FIFO System (Maintain Minimum Level of Inventory).
Execute Purchase Orders and follow up with vendors for timely execution of orders.
