Handling sales & commercial activities of 3 states Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Rajasthan consists of approx. 120 channel partners (distributors).
Handling a team of 20 TSOs (Territory Sales Officers), 2 ASMs (Area Sales Manager) 1 RSM (Regional Sales Manager)
Maintain healthy business relationship with channel partners (distributors)
Day to day coordinate & monitor field staff activities and order follow-ups.
Follow up with channel partners (distributors) for primary orders & outstanding payments
Conduct quarterly sales meeting with field sales staff regarding last year vs current year performance of distributors in terms of sales.
Plan order receipt vs dispatches vide FIFO method.
Attend and resolve day to day queries of distributors (queries like status of orders, dispatch, pending claims & any issues etc.)
Day to day interactions with Depot in-charge regarding stocks, pending orders, status of dispatches and transit goods.
Day to day complete work reporting to Zonal Sales Manager.
Settling any scheme related issues of distributors. Inter department coordination (Accounts,
POP, Logistics, and Advertisement).
Preparing various reports like Orders receipt, Year wise sales report, Quarter wise sales reports, month wise sales reports, Sales Comparison reports, Product wise sales reports, distributor wise sales performance reports etc.
Review distributor wise sales performance once in a month and discuss the same with
Zonal Sales Manager as well as one to one distributors.
Complete focus to achieve yearly set target for respective handling states. Preparing universal price lists (Distributor to Retailer selling price)
