PRODUCTION ACTIVITY
According Production Requirement and schedules, loading of the jobs to the More than 150 workers. Coordinating shifts and monitors activities with Team Leaders, as per requirement of the job.
Assure and ensure proper material before every process of manufacturing so as to avoid delay in manufacturing.
Preparation of manufacturing order as per delivery schedule. Distribute the Respective load to the different Stations and make continuous follow up so as to get the production within scheduled time.
Maintaining compliance with prescribed quality as well as safety standards in the organisation.
Co-ordination with stores for proper Material indenting and proper material movement and continuous follow up with them to assure and ensure on time delivery
Planning the inventory for spares and consumables so as to keep the costs as low as possible.
To Conduct Internal Audit.
Started suggestions scheme among the workers for better improvements.
Active participation in 3S implementation in the plant.
Make various teams in the shop and nominate a line leader for each team to complete 3S working activity in the plant for 15 minutes in each shift.
