Job Profile:
New Product Process Design and Development Project planning, Feasibility study, Make-Buy decision, estimation of Takt time, capacity planning, Estimation of space and manpower requirements.
Define, industrialize, and develop the process in accordance with the targets of the project.
Define and set proper process workflow. (PFD)
Own the process PFMEA, responsible and participates in PFMEA.
Take part in drafting the technical requirement, the choice of suppliers with the purchase team, and manages the settlement in production.
Set the process parameters based on trial and error method in each process.
Define and manage action plans to achieve a process capable.

Lead the plant activities in new program launches to enable the organization to meet / exceed quality, cost and time objectives for each new product program.

Prepare customer input requirements (CIR)
Effective co-ordination with the Design team to ensure first time right & end delivery of product

Follow up for jigs, fixtures, Gauges, Raw material and BOPs
Daily communication with customer for NPD Project clarity.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals to CFT includes all departments like Design, Development, Testing, Quality, Manufacturing & Process, and Production.
