Job Description

Industry: Plastic Recycling
Reporting To: Logistics Head / Plant Head

Manage inbound logistics of plastic scrap, bales, flakes, regrind, and additives
Plan and execute outbound dispatch of recycled plastic granules / films / flakes
Coordinate vehicle placement, routing, and scheduling
Ensure accurate weighment, GRN, invoices, and e-way bills
Monitor transit losses, shortages, and logistics-related issues
Negotiate freight rates and support logistics cost optimization
Maintain transporter and vendor performance records
Coordinate with production, quality, stores, and accounts teams
Prepare daily / weekly logistics MIS and exception reports

Skills Required
Strong understanding of plant logistics and material flow
Working knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and transport documentation
Good coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience and capability
